We currently run a free 12 week women's and men's healthy lifestyle initiative. We had a great response from the groups and on completion of the 12 weeks we found that they wanted to carry on their healthy lifestyle journey. To ensure they carry on we have started a fitness group which is for all abilities. The groups are coming along and continuing the friendships that they have created in the healthy lifestyle groups. We are looking to purchase some equipment for the group now to give them more variety rather than just body weight exercises.
